Boutique glamping cabin with a panoramic window and sleeping loft

The Mirage takes the romance of the desert frame and turns it into a refined, hospitality-ready Park Model RV. Designed under ANSI A119.5 with RVIA inspection, it rides on a transportable chassis, sets on piers/blocks with tie-downs, and connects to standard utilities, so you get the high design of a micro-cabin with the speed and flexibility of an RV code path.

Inside, the plan is simple and elegant: a full-height picture window anchors the living area, a linear kitchenette runs the right wall for efficient prep, and a private bath sits at the rear. Above the back room, a sleeping loft creates an extra, cozy berth while keeping the main floor open and airy. Warm finishes, integrated lighting, and clean detailing make it photograph beautifully—perfect for glamping resorts, boutique campgrounds, or private retreats.

Where it fits: The Mirage excels in hospitality settings where guests want an authentic, design-forward stay—think view sites, vineyards, lakes, and mountain bases. Start with a pair, prove demand, and scale into a micro-resort with consistent, repeatable quality.

Code & placement
The Mirage is a Park Model RV (PMRV)—not a HUD or IRC home. Placement and occupancy rules vary by jurisdiction; we help confirm where PMRVs are allowed (resorts/campgrounds and, in some areas, private parcels) and coordinate hookups and site requirements.

Furnishings shown are for inspiration; final specifications, pricing, transport, and site work are scoped per project and location.
