While Polaris typically fabricates its modular homes using cold-formed steel framing for precision, energy efficiency, and durability, this project was built using repurposed shipping containers at the client’s request. The result is a five-module hybrid structure that maintains the same quality and performance standards as Polaris’s steel-framed builds, all while introducing a bold, custom aesthetic.

The Ridgeline III’s interior is designed to capture light and landscape. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass panels flood the home with natural sunlight, seamlessly connecting the kitchen and living areas to the surrounding scenery.

A sleek waterfall island anchors the open-concept main floor, perfect for gatherings, dining, and conversation. Every element of the layout is optimized for flow, making the space as practical as it is stunning.

Each of the two upper-level bathrooms connects directly off the bedrooms, creating a private and elevated retreat.

Designed with clean, modern finishes, the bathrooms feature bright natural light, frameless walk-in showers, and matte black fixtures that add contrast to the soft wood tones and white tile. Simple, functional, and timeless, every detail complements the home’s refined mountain-modern aesthetic.
