Project Spotlight: Ridgeline II — Alton, Utah
Set against the quiet backdrop of Alton’s desert hills, this custom Ridgeline II offers a unique twist on our core design. The main 1,000 sq. ft. unit is paired with a smaller detached module, connected by a covered breezeway — creating a flexible layout ideal for guest stays, a home office, or additional living space.
The exterior is finished in a sleek ash gray, offering a subtle contrast to the surrounding red and gold terrain. Large windows throughout both units invite in natural light and frame expansive desert views, creating a calm, grounded atmosphere inside.
This project reflects the versatility of modular design — adapting to the site, the setting, and the needs of the client, all while maintaining Polaris Modular’s commitment to quality, speed, and simplicity.
