Each model has a name with meaning, chosen to reflect not just how the home is built, but how it feels to live in it.

The Solana, meaning “sunny place,” is all about light. Large windows and an open design make this one-bedroom home feel bright and welcoming. It’s perfect for individuals, couples, or short-term rental spaces where warmth and simplicity matter most.

The Estrella, or “star,” is built to stand out. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, it balances function and aspiration—practical enough for family living, yet designed with clean, modern lines that give it a sense of elevation.

The Paloma, meaning “dove,” represents peace and elegance. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers balance—private retreats for rest paired with an open-concept living space for connection. It’s a home that feels calm, intentional, and easy to live in.

Finally, the Castillo brings strength to the collection. A two-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, the Castillo is priced per home and designed for community living. Its exterior is defined by alternating balconies and windows, so each unit has its own rhythm and outlook. It’s a home that feels sturdy yet stylish, a true “castle” for modern modular living.
