Built using two 12' x 40' steel-framed modules, this 1,000 sq. ft. single-story home is fully fabricated in our Salt Lake City facility and delivered to site nearly complete — minimizing onsite disruption and accelerating the build timeline.
Designed without a garage or breezeway, this version of the Ridgeline II keeps the footprint simple while maintaining high performance. Large format panel sliders bring in natural light and offer seamless indoor-outdoor living, perfectly suited to the surrounding landscape.
From steel framing and SIPS roof panels to mini-split HVAC and modern finishes, the Teasdale Ridgeline II is a showcase of clean, efficient design tailored for today’s rural and remote applications.
