Project Spotlight: Ridgeline II — Sugarhouse, Utah
This Ridgeline II project in the heart of Sugarhouse, Utah, is a strong example of Polaris Modular’s streamlined off-site process in action. Set in a dense urban neighborhood, this 1,000 sq. ft. unit was fabricated off-site in our Salt Lake City facility and delivered to the property as two fully finished modules.
These photos capture the precision and planning required during the craning and placement process — a key moment in modular construction. With tight lot lines and limited staging space, our team coordinated delivery, timing, and crane operations down to the minute to ensure a safe and efficient set.
By the end of the day, the full structure was in place — walls, windows, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and finishes already complete. The Sugarhouse Ridgeline II demonstrates how modular construction offers a faster, cleaner, and less disruptive alternative for urban infill sites, all while delivering high-quality, modern design.
